This is a space for women who have lived through the mess - and are ready to stop carrying it as who they are.

Remembering Who You Are is a 4-week guided experience for women who have already survived the hard parts and are ready to stop living from them.

This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to the self that has always been there, beneath the roles, the coping, and the strength you had to build to get through.

This is a focused, immersive experience designed to create clarity and momentum - not a long-term container.

This experience is for you if:

  • You’ve lived through a lot and don’t want to keep leading with it

  • You feel emotionally steady, but inwardly disconnected

  • You’re tired of explaining your life to people who don’t get it

  • You want depth without pressure, urgency, or performance

  • You’re ready to move gently — and honestly — toward yourself

This work is rooted in soft strength. The kind of power that doesn’t force healing, rush insight, or demand performance.

Here, strength looks like self-trust.
Movement looks like gentleness.
Growth looks like honesty.

The experience is also informed by the Rise in Love with You philosophy — choosing yourself with compassion, presence, and respect, not as an idea, but as a lived practice.

Over four weeks, you will be guided through a process of:

  • Separating who you are from what you’ve survived

  • Releasing identities built purely on endurance and coping

  • Reclaim your inner authority and self-trust

  • Stand in who you are now, without apology

This is not therapy.
This is not coaching for productivity.
It is an intentional space for integration and remembering.
